Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an experienced analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering’s S&T Exploitation and Data Analytics Team at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

This onsite role requires active TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in science and technology policy analysis. You will deliver all‑source analyses, develop analytic models, and produce written assessments and briefings for DoD and interagency leaders,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or MBA.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience providing analytic support to U.S. Government science and technology protection and promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive all-source analytic support on S&T protection and promotion.
• Develop analytic models and assessment methodologies for policy options.
• Produce written analyses and presentations for DoD and interagency partners.
• Engage with academia, industry, and international partners to align priorities.
