TSMC Arizona is hiring a Supply Chain Technical Procurement Buyer to develop and manage supplier relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement for our cutting-edge fab. You will drive strategic sourcing, optimize processes, and support production with compliant, high-quality materials and services.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on reliability, process improvement, and adherence to ISO/ SEMI standards.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of supply chain principles and supplier management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience aligning procurement with engineering and operations teams.
• Attention to compliance with industry standards (ISO, SEMI) and ethics.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable delivery of materials and services.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers for critical fab materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Perform technical sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation to meet fab requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve resilience.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to align procurement with production schedules.
• Resolve supplier issues through data analysis and root-cause actions.
