Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience translating technical initiatives into business and profitability analyses.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of project management/product management with GPDS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop Ford’s global technology strategies.
• Define future experiences and enabling technologies.
• Manage tech complexity across the portfolio.
• Support the investment portfolio within the technology cycle plan.
