Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, organizational assessment, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in leading requirements defining activities and documentation.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis for executive leaders.
• Experience managing change-oriented projects and measuring performance against milestones.
• Strong problem solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate alternative solutions to meet program needs.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio.
• Ability to obtain DHS public trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of systems engineering lifecycle reviews.
• Prepare for and conduct periodic government program reviews.
• Establish and run steering committees for government programs.
• Support governance and oversight boards for research and development engagements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of technology transition strategies.
• Develop and maintain government strategy documents with stakeholder engagement and analysis.
• Plan and execute government meetings and exercises.
• Manage deployment and sustainment of Generative AI systems in the client environment.
• Facilitate strategy and planning discussions across internal client leadership.
