Qualifications

• Experience gathering and managing business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable value.
• Break down strategic opportunities into actionable work items for incremental value delivery.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to align on design, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Support product backlogs, roadmaps, and release readiness ensuring traceability to objectives.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and release readiness activities.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and provide status updates to leadership.
