Netflix, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager for Tax Planning & Business Advisory to partner with key business lines on strategic tax planning and cross-border initiatives.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations and guide the tax posture across regions, reporting to the Director of Tax and leading 1–2 direct reports. You will translate complex tax considerations into actionable guidance, influence business models, and drive implementation of tax planning projects from structuring

Qualifications

• 12+ years of tax experience with a strong foundation in US international tax.
• Demonstrated experience advising on complex cross-border structures as a trusted business partner.
• Experience with transfer pricing concepts and cross-functional project management.
• Experience advising on new offerings or customer arrangements and international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior tax business partner for key business lines and advise on strategic decisions and new business models.
• Build high-trust relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tax is represented at key moments.
• Drive alignment across Tax org on new business developments and ensure consistent guidance.
• Translate tax considerations into practical contracting and operational positions.
