Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience with leadership.
• Deep expertise in tax planning, compliance, research, and audit defense.
• Proven success in client advisory, business development, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax planning and compliance for clients.
• Lead and mentor tax managers and staff; oversee complex filings.
• Drive growth via advisory services, client relationships, and market expansion.
• Advise on emerging tax issues, regulatory changes, and strategic transactions.
• Ensure quality control and alignment with firm standards.
