Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Perform high-level final review of business and high-net-worth individual returns.
• Research and draft memoranda involving complex tax matters.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients.
• Provide strategic tax advice and improve client processes.
• Mentor staff and contribute to internal training.
• Coordinate with partners and maintain client relationships.
