Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
• 10–15 years of progressive tax experience with leadership in a corporate or public accounting setting.
• Strong knowledge of US federal/state/local tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax policies and strategies to minimize overall U.S. tax burden within legal frameworks.
• Direct preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns and manage external audits.
• Provide guidance to executives and business units on tax implications of transactions and restructurings.
