Job summary

Core One seeks experienced analysts to develop target packages and conduct network analysis for complex national security challenges. You will research all-source data, apply the Intelligence Cycle and targeting tradecraft, and deliver concise, defensible targeting products.

Responsibilities include identifying target relationships, guiding operational planning, and collaborating with intelligence teams to close information gaps. TS/SCI clearance is required; deployment may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience applying targeting concepts, principles and analytical tradecraft.
• Experience with IC/DoD classification guidelines and security requirements.
• Experience researching and synthesizing multiple intelligence sources.
• Experience producing concise, analytically rigorous products and briefings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, databases and web tools for targeting research.

Responsibilities

• Develop target packages and conduct network analysis for targeting.
• Research and analyze operational traffic and all-source data to identify relationships.
• Apply the Intelligence Cycle and targeting methodologies to support development.
• Integrate intelligence from multiple sources to refine targeting strategies.
• Conduct link and pattern analysis to identify key nodes and networks.
• Produce intelligence products outlining target characteristics and relationships.
• Provide timely targeting recommendations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other teams to validate information and refine requirements.
