Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for early and mid-career professionals across North America East regions, with hybrid/remote options available.

The recruiter serves as a talent advisor, building pipelines and advising on market trends, diversity, and compliance. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates, and partnering with HR and hiring managers to meet business needs.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting in the Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) Consulting industry is preferred.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Manages the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing top talent.
Establishes a creative sourcing & recruitment strategy to proactively find and screen quality candidates.
Partners with the business to support diversity and inclusion initiatives and growth.
Manages the candidate experience, communicating status to candidates and hiring managers.
Develops relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and strategies.
Executes a compliant recruiting process and maintains positions in the ATS.
Reviews and recommends process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
