UB Greensfelder LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for staff positions across all firm offices, including coordination of interviews, offers, and onboarding. The role partners with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to align talent with the firm's culture and business goals.

The candidate will drive employer branding, talent pipeline development, and data-driven recruiting strategies while supporting attorney recruitment initiatives in a high-growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple departments or locations.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with recruiting technologies and ATS.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for staff positions across all offices.
• Develop and post targeted job advertisements across channels.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, associations, referrals, boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from teams.
• Prepare offers and assist with onboarding logistics.
• Support attorney recruiting initiatives and internship programs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment metrics.
