Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our onsite team in West Omaha, NE. You will own full-cycle recruitment across healthcare, sales, and operations, building strong pipelines and advising leaders to hire exceptional talent.

You will partner with managers, source proactively, and drive an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in corporate environments, healthcare, sales, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume roles.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit nationally for healthcare, sales, and operational positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, social media, and recruiting tools.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication, service mindset, and cultural fit.
• Present well-qualified candidates with clear hiring recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
• Leverage recruiting tech and data to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on innovation and improvement.
