Job summary

Fracht Sweden AB is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in the United States to serve as the on-site representative during heavy lift and project cargo operations. This role is primarily observational, monitoring field activities, documenting conditions, and communicating findings to project teams and clients while stopping work if safety is at risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, construction, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Heavy haul or specialized logistics experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Observe and oversee day-to-day field operations related to heavy lift and project cargo transportation.
• Monitor cargo handling activities at ports, rail terminals, manufacturing facilities, and delivery sites.
• Verify and report that operations follow approved lift plans, route surveys and safety requirements.
• Attend critical lifting and transportation activities during nights, weekends and holidays when required.
