Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full life cycle recruitment for attorneys across designated Practice Groups.

The role collaborates with Practice Group Leaders to identify talent needs, develop strategic plans, and attract high-performing attorneys who support growth objectives. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of the legal talent market, leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, and targeted sourcing to engage top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting attorneys and partners with practice group heads.
• Established experience and relationships in the legal industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leader, and collaborator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High sense of urgency to move hiring processes to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans with Practice Group Leaders.
• Lead full life cycle recruitment for attorneys, including associates, counsel, partners, and other specialized talent.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates across key practice areas.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and leverage market intelligence to identify top legal talent.
• Advise leadership on talent trends, competitive market insights, and workforce planning.
• Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer, ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
