Job summary

PowerSchool is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full life-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring leaders, build market-informed strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience in a hybrid Plano, TX setting.

You will guide hiring decisions with evidence-based recommendations, manage multiple searches, and help shape recruiting practices through collaboration with PowerSchool’s Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in corporate, staffing, or search environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business goals and role outcomes.
• Develop recruiting strategies using market insight and candidate evidence.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches with high responsiveness and candidate experience.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates via networks, platforms, referrals, events, and AI tools.
• Conduct structured behavioral interviews to assess skills and motivation.
• Provide clear recommendations and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Build long-term relationships and talent communities across PowerSchool and EdTech markets.
• Continuously improve recruiting practices, tools, and processes.
