Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of HR principles, laws, and practices.
• Experience in talent acquisition, classification and compensation.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare salary analyses and PDs.
• Strong communication and training material development skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting jobs and screening applicants.
• Prepare interview documents and provide guidance; verify hiring packets.
• Conduct salary analyses for new and current staff.
• Develop and facilitate training and policy guidance for HR areas.
