Job summary

ofi North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to elevate hiring excellence across 22 food manufacturing sites in North America. You will own full life-cycle recruitment for diverse functions, partnering with plant leadership, HRBPs, and stakeholders to modernize and streamline talent strategies.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting, improve time-to-fill, and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring practices across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (required).
• Five (5) years of talent acquisition experience or adjacent field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years supporting food or CPG manufacturing sites required.
• Proven experience leading recruiting across multiple plants (hourly, skilled trades, technical, salaried).
• Strong proficiency with ATS/HR tech platforms (SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, Jobvite, ADP, or similar).
• Ability to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and turnover reduction across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site manufacturing recruiting—drive end-to-end hiring strategies across U.S. food manufacturing plants.
• Develop plant-specific talent strategies in partnership with Plant Managers and HRBPs.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives on talent strategy.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies for manufacturing, operations, engineering, QFS, regulatory, and commercial roles.
• Strengthen hourly hiring processes through job posting, community outreach, and candidate conversion.
• Oversee full life-cycle recruitment using technology to harmonize salaried and hourly hiring across sites.
• Drive process simplification and change management for new tools and workflows.
• Enhance candidate experience to improve quality, engagement, and offer acceptance rates.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding for hard-to-fill roles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
