Job summary

Aramco Services in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Systems Engineer to analyze and shape core business systems. You will lead strategic IT planning, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management, MIS, CS, Engineering or related discipline.
Ability to lead and guide a team, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
Capacity to align business systems with strategic goals and objectives.
Proficiency in identifying complex business problems, analyzing requirements and developing solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of strategic systems plans aligned with ATC’s long-term goals.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems integration across departments.
Lead initiatives to optimize business processes and improve system functionalities.
Collaborate with organizational levels to maintain a comprehensive corporate management information system.
Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and project proposals.
Create user manuals and documentation post-implementation.
Engage with IT during design and implementation as the department’s client.
Provide guidance to ensure data integrity across organizational data sources.
Deliver training to staff to maximize efficiency of business systems.
Develop conversion and installation plans for the organization.
