Job summary

You will collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to optimize processes and implement solutions.

Responsibilities include managing system upgrades, coordinating with vendor partners, and building training to boost user adoption while ensuring data governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define strategies and requirements to improve technology landscape.
• Assist in system implementations and governance across business units.

Responsibilities

• Monitor core technologies and evaluate system capabilities with stakeholders.
• Create BRDs/FRDs to support new features and enhancements.
• Manage projects related to system implementations and technology upgrades.
• Serve as liaison with 3rd party technology partners for vendor oversight.
• Drive data governance and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop end-user training and adoption programs for new solutions.
• Produce regular reports to support business units and decision making.
