Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned architect to shape and drive architecture strategies across multiple domains. You will develop, implement, and optimize innovative solutions aligned with business capabilities, guiding senior stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach.

You will mentor a team of architects, champion best practices and maintain architecture documentation, while proactively identifying risks and guiding technology choices to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in architecture, design and implementation of complex systems and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related discipline.
• Experience leading architecture strategy and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and articulation of complex architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, influencing decision-making.
• Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies and solutions, maintaining architecture documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation of complex architectures.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
