Qualifications

• Active practice in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology for at least 5 years.
• Board certified in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Licensed to practice in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a comprehensive AHFT program.
• Harmonize heart failure care within 12 hospitals.
• Collaborate with transplant and surgical teams.
