Job summary

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union seek a seasoned SVP of Accounting to lead the enterprise accounting function, oversee close, GL governance, and internal controls, and drive efficient, compliant financial reporting during a period of rapid growth and merger integration.

The role partners with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Operations, and leadership to ensure scalable accounting practices, robust policy alignment, and proactive risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership including controllership, audit, or financial institution finance.
• Leadership of month-end close, general ledger governance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise accounting, ensuring timely close, GL activity, and reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce policies, close governance, and internal control frameworks.
• Oversee AP, fixed assets, expense administration, tax support, and audit readiness.
