NORC at the University of Chicago, a world leader in research excellence, seeks a commercially minded survey research professional to expand AmeriSpeak's client portfolio and bring rigorous, probability-based research solutions to organizations making consequential decisions.

This hybrid role is based in NORC's downtown Chicago office, with a minimum of six in-office days per month for collaboration, client development, and team connection.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of survey/market research experience required.
• Strong knowledge of survey research principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities or projects and collaborate with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Guide client opportunities from consultation through proposal, pricing, contracting and transition to delivery teams.
• Lead client conversations translating research questions into practical survey solutions.
• Create persuasive pricing, proposals and contract materials.
• Ensure projects start with clear scope, expectations, responsibilities and success measures.
• Contribute to complex, high-value opportunities and support market presence through sales materials.

Conhecimentos

Bachelor's degree in survey research

Analytical and communication skills

Project management and multitasking

Proposal writing and budgeting

Self-starter with good judgment

Client collaboration and consultative;

Ability to manage multiple projects

Written proposals and technical briefs

CRM experience with clients

Travel willingness
