Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years progressive sales experience in the surgical field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hospital volumes and surgical cases.
• Engage with surgeons in the OR and be recognized as an expert in surgical services.
• Evaluate market data and financial information for primary facility service lines to identify priorities and develop sales plans.
• Identify barriers and communicate to leadership using the CRM system.
• Develop understanding of surgical and procedural service line attributes to grow the service line strategy.
• Build data-driven business cases for strategic growth proposals.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical operations within the surgical services area.
• Execute sales strategies and monitor effectiveness, adapting as needed based on results.
• Complete consultative sales meetings with customers to understand needs and requirements.
