Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience; Master’s with 2+ years.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience as a Business Analyst is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans, forecasts, capacity models, and inventory strategies.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Conduct scenario planning and evaluate tradeoffs for decisions.
• Monitor inventory health and resolve timing and flow issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and suppliers.
• Support capacity planning to align with demand and strategy.
• Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis for balance optimization.
• Drive issue resolution and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve planning processes.
