Job summary

onsemi is seeking an experienced Supply and Inventory Planning Principal within the ISG Group to act as the BU supply interface, balance service levels with inventory, and lead end-to-end supply initiatives. You will coordinate with Demand and Capacity Planning, production, and procurement to align plans and drive optimal performance in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
8+ years of experience in complex supply chain planning organizations.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the BU supply interface and coordinate with demand planning counterparts to ensure plans stay aligned.
Manage the Iron Triangle - balancing service level, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
Oversee wafer starts and make final decisions on starts.
Plan, manage, and set targets for inventory and build category.
Coordinate the allocation process across BUs, monitor performance until closure.
Execute product transfers per BU and manage suggested EOL devices.
Drive strategic builds and factory filler.
Manage lead time with system-derived data and BU decisions for market publication.
Provide BOQ supply input/coordination and drive supply reviews at PAL2 and Division levels.
Work with procurement and external manufacturing on negotiations for external capacity.
