Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Manager, Supply Chain & Warehouse to lead day-to-day supply chain and warehouse operations, including procurement, planning, inventory control and distribution. The role focuses on executing strategies, driving efficiency, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and products.

The Manager will supervise the site team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution management.
• 1-3 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• ERP/WMS systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Manage purchasing, material planning, and inventory control.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and cost efficiency.
• Lead staff development with KPIs and training plans.
• Monitor ERP/WMS performance and ensure compliance.
