Job summary

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead in Plano, Texas. You will drive enterprise-wide Diodes 2.0 initiatives to transform, standardize, and digitize planning and order fulfillment processes.

You’ll collaborate with IT, Operations, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Service to align priorities, execute initiatives, and ensure governance. The role shapes the future-state supply chain operating model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation roles.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
Strong business process design and transformation experience.
Experience with ERP and advanced supply chain planning systems.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain process transformations across planning, order management, and fulfillment.
Define future-state operating models aligned with Diodes 2.0 objectives.
Identify and drive high-impact transformation opportunities and standardization across regions.
