Job summary

INEOS Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain & Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily supply chain and logistics of strategic raw materials and finished goods distribution across the network. You will coordinate production planning, inventory data, and transportation operations to ensure timely and compliant shipping.

This role requires hands-on experience with rail shipping, SAP systems, and safety/regulatory practices, plus the ability to collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail shipping and freight management.
• Familiarity with SAP for inventory and materials data entry.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Customer Service, Finance).

Responsibilities

• Drive timely and accurate movement of freight across the network.
• Prepare and monitor rail shipping documentation in DOT regulations.
• Assign railcars to orders and prioritize shipments with inventory.
• Maintain paperwork and reports for shipping records.
• Coordinate rail fleet tracking, tracing, and reporting across 300+ cars.
• Provide regular supply chain reports and participate in budget discussions.
