Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI seeks an Analyst, Supply Chain Programs to lead end-to-end SCM deliverables for truck programs, serving as the SCM PoV owner for assigned programs from planning through launch.

You will develop and maintain program workplans, dashboards, and reporting tools, partner with Product Development, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, STA, and Program Management to align milestones and drive timely issue resolution, reporting to leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• 5+ years of supply chain or program management experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCM program management activities from planning through launch.
• Provide program status, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain program workplans, dashboards, and reports.
• Align deliverables with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, STA).
• Represent SCM in cross-functional reviews and drive issue resolution.
