Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with four years of experience in supply chain, operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals including expediting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead presentations and briefs.
• Able to listen, negotiate, and collaborate with customers and supply chain partners across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead program supply chain activities and coordinate with Program Manager(s) and functional leads.
• Develop, coordinate and execute program material strategies and supply chain objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to align schedules based on Material Requirements Planning.
• Represent the program on cross-functional teams and drive performance from a supply chain perspective.
