Columbia Sportswear seeks a Senior Supply Chain Portfolio Manager to lead the North Star for capability pillars and translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps across the global supply chain from our Portland-area headquarters.

This hybrid role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, executive partnership, and the delivery of measurable outcomes in service, growth, and efficiency. A senior candidate with 10+ years of supply chain or strategy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of supply chain functional experience or strategy experience (internal or consulting).
• Experience building and maintaining capability roadmaps—including sequencing, prioritization, and resourcing.
• Proven success overseeing or coaching cross-functional programs and projects across enterprise capability teams, technology, and processes.
• Ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience in portfolio management, project/program management, risk analysis, change management, and outcome measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability pillar strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps with initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Oversee cross-functional portfolio execution to deliver measurable results.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to align vision and outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs across portfolios.
• Coach and develop business leads on program and project delivery.
