Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy and Portfolio Sr Manager in the Portland area. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on portfolio execution to deliver service, growth, and efficiency across the global supply chain.

You will lead capability pillars, build roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional programs, reporting to senior leaders and partnering with stakeholders to realize the company’s Supply Chain 2030 vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in supply chain functional or strategy roles.
• Experience building and maintaining capability roadmaps and prioritization.
• Proven success coaching cross-functional programs across enterprise teams.
• Strong executive communication and ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions to define capability pillars' strategic vision and action plans.
• Build multi-year roadmaps with initiatives, programs, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize sequencing and resourcing to align strategy with execution.
• Ensure linkage between strategy and programs across the supply chain ecosystem.
• Oversee cross-functional programs, coach business leads, and drive outcomes.
