Job summary

Carbon Medical Technologies Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Planning Coordinator in Saint Paul, MN to oversee procurement, inventory planning, supplier management, and supply chain reporting for reliable, cost-effective medical device operations.

You will support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and continuous process improvement while serving as a key link between suppliers, production, and management to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards and operational metrics.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand, inventory, and material planning processes to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory and supporting efficient execution.
• Manage procurement activities including supplier selection, purchasing, order management, and supplier communications for reliable supply of materials and services.
• Monitor and optimize inventory performance by analyzing usage, lead times, and replenishment requirements.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners; monitor quality, delivery, and cost, driving improvements.
• Support planning decisions by analyzing demand forecasts, production requirements, and potential risks, with scenario evaluations to management.
• Serve as a resource for ERP and supply chain systems, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting.
