Job summary

Cardinal Health Riverview, FL hybrid role seeks a Supply Chain Planning Advisor to ensure accurate Net Requirements flow to manufacturing and external partners, enabling correct product mix and timely procurement for service and repair.

The role collaborates with global sourcing, demand planning, logistics and operations to meet service metrics using Kinaxis and SAP, driving inventory optimization and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP or Kinaxis recommended.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on RMA trends, commercial strategy, and other inputs.
• Monitor finished goods and spare parts availability to meet service requirements.
• Analyze service level and backorder performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend and implement supply planning and inventory management improvements.
• Drive reduction of excess and obsolete inventory risk and lead Last Time Buy planning for Service & Repair.
• Identify and mitigate supply and service risks with stakeholders.
• Lead strategic supply planning initiatives, including process improvements and integrations.
• Host regular meetings with plants and external manufacturers to address supply challenges.
• Conduct monthly Supply Reviews as part of S&OP to align plans with requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
