Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certifications preferred.
• SAP or Kinaxis experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or related role.

Responsibilities

• Review plant capacity and collaborate with deployment teams.
• Maintain appropriate safety stock levels and identify inventory reductions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet service metrics.
• Develop and maintain supply plans based on trends and business inputs.
• Monitor finished goods and spare parts availability to meet service requirements.
• Lead supply planning initiatives and drive process improvements.
