• Location: Linthicum, Maryland; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time requirement releases, PO placements, and delivery dates to support program schedule.
• Oversee material budgets for contracts and support baseline/EVMS requirements.
• Forecast material cost/performance and report accurately for assigned programs.
• Serve as CAM to support PLATO/CEAC/EAC activities.
• Identify and manage program risks and opportunities related to material needs.
• Analyze material lead times and identify critical path procurements.
• Monitor supplier capacity and production issues; take corrective actions.
• Support proposal activities, including BOE creation and CBOM reviews.
• Develop supply chain strategies including supplier development and risk management.
• Coordinate activities across buyers, planners, subcontract admins, schedulers, customers and suppliers.
