Job summary

System One is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Reporting Specialist for Neptune City, NJ to drive the monthly S&OP process, analyze demand and supply data, and develop actionable insights for leadership decision making.

The role requires 2-5 years in supply chain analytics, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/MD), and proficiency with Tableau or Power BI. This onsite position offers standard hours and collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
• BI tools experience (Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset across Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP process and align demand, supply and cross-functional teams.
• Validate demand forecasts with Sales/Marketing and incorporate promotions and seasonality.
• Analyze historical data and forecast performance to support planning.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards related to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates, service levels, and Plan vs. Actual.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate materials for monthly S&OP meetings and present findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess impact of disruptions or demand shifts.
• Support contingency planning and risk mitigation with data-driven insights.
• Perform system data audits with cross-functional partners.
