Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the U.S., seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee account and order maintenance and serve as a liaison between customers and IT for SAP and related software services. The role drives process improvements across the supply chain and collaborates with multiple departments to meet business objectives.

You will analyze SAP systems, manage maintenance requests and shipping orders, and guide pricing analytics and KPI reporting while coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account and order maintenance and liaison between customers and IT for SAP and software services.
• Design processes with departments to improve inefficiencies in company systems.
• Document and analyze SAP and software systems to guide supply chain operations.
• Manage maintenance requests and shipping orders with proper coding and revenue recording.
