Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics optimization.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement: supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring production readiness.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting with sales and production teams.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use analytics to monitor KPIs and support decision making.
