Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field required.
• 5+ years in purchasing/procurement in manufacturing.
• Proven cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with ERP and purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and quality.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, components, and MRO.
• Forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure material specifications are met.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor market trends and commodity prices to inform decisions.
• Implement and maintain purchasing policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
