Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to identify, develop, and integrate innovative solutions within North American transportation. You will analyze delivery performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead programs from inception to implementation.

The role requires 2+ years in program management and 1+ year in supply chain, with a bachelor’s in a related field. You’ll work with Network Planning to optimize carrier design and execution across NA transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.

• Cooperating and influencing internal and external process stakeholders
• Implementing of cross-functional process changes in a matrix organization
• Articulating clear business and technical requirements to affect process changes
