Job summary
Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, supplier management, ERP oversight, and material coordination for BESS projects and components. The role spans RFPs to contract execution and requires collaboration across functions for cost-effective, timely delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement and contract management experience.
- Experience with BESS, inverter, PCS, transformers, skid integrators, etc.
- Experience in solar or construction projects with procurement >$15M.
- Preferred experience in Solar or Renewable Energy.
- Knowledge of contract management and change orders.
- Autonomous, fast-paced, detail-oriented with strong communication.
- Proficient in SAP; strong MS Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement for BESS components and contract manufacturers.
- Oversee ERP setup, configuration, and optimization to support supply chain workflows.
- Develop demand and supply plans aligned with project needs.
- Negotiate supply agreements and project orders focusing on cost and terms.
- Manage supplier qualification, audits, and onboarding.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate material flow and inventory management with ERP visibility.
- Provide reporting on procurement performance and market trends.
