Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics to lead a team of project managers and oversee warehouse operations. You will drive performance, mentor staff, and optimize inventory, logistics coordination, and warehousing to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, collaborating across functions, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while focusing on continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Proven experience leading teams of project managers, warehouse staff, or cross-functional teams to successfully complete complex projects and achieve operational goals.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving business objectives.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management, logistics, transportation, and warehouse optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and warehouse staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring all supply chain activities are on time and within budget.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
• Analyze and continuously improve supply chain workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and 3PLs, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
• Oversee transportation network to ensure cost-effective, compliant movement of goods.
• Lead efforts to maintain optimal inventory levels across locations.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
