You will oversee the SOIP process, production planning, inventory strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to meet service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in supply chain with planning, inventory, or logistics leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOIP process translating demand, capacity, material into an executable plan.
• Own production planning and scheduling with Operations.
• Drive inventory strategy, forecasting, accuracy, and working capital.
• Ensure raw materials and packaging are available for production.
• Lead site logistics, warehousing, and production-support activities.
• Oversee outbound transport, distribution, carrier performance, and freight.
• Coordinate third-party storage, toll manufacturing, and trading activities.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs; lead root-cause actions.
• Develop and improve supply chain processes and cross-functional ways of working.
• Lead and develop the site supply chain team.
