You will lead a small team, manage supplier relationships, forecast demand, monitor costs, and partner with internal teams to meet production goals. The position is contract-to-hire with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or operations management.
• Experience managing a small team and cross-functional relationships.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehousing.
• Supervise a small team of three, providing direction and accountability.
• Build and maintain supplier and vendor relationships.
• Forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and support production needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Track supplier performance, logistics costs, delivery timelines, and other key metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to solve issues, improve processes, and support company goals.
