Job summary

Amazon seeks a Supply Chain Manager for the R2L Ops Integration Packaging team in Nashville to manage supplier relationships, forecast readiness, and risk across non-inventory categories. You will lead strategic communications with senior leaders, develop supplier capability and drive changes across multiple business lines.

You will own programs and roadmaps, analyze spend, and collaborate with product, procurement and finance teams to optimize cost, security of supply and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supply chain SME for non-inventory categories and manage procurement, readiness, supplier performance and risk.
• Manage supplier relationships including performance, capability development, capacity planning, risk identification and mitigation.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize cost, supply security and innovation while providing regular reporting and insights.
• Support supplier product roadmaps and lifecycle plans with cross-functional teams for coverage and diversity of supply.
• Perform spend analysis, build financial models, and present recommendations to internal partners.
