Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage daily warehouse and inventory activities, including receiving, inspecting, stocking, and fulfilling internal supply requisitions. You will support procurement records and supplier coordination to ensure materials are available for operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; experience may substitute for degree.
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, warehouse operations, inventory management, or related supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of blood banking or clinical laboratory supply is helpful but not required.
• Proficient in procurement and purchasing processes and ERP systems; strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, inspecting, stocking, and fulfilling internal supply requisitions.
• Support Supply Chain Buyer and leadership with sourcing, quotes, and lead-time information.
• Assist with purchase orders and supplier communication; track orders and backorders.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, receiving, inventory, and supplier records.
• Prepare routine inventory reports and analyze data for discrepancies or trends.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
