Uline is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to influence logistics strategy and turn financial data into actionable recommendations for improving operations across our North American network. The role emphasizes partnering with leadership to guide decisions and optimize cost structures.

Responsibilities include analyzing spend data, presenting insights to executives, managing cross-functional projects, and mentoring a team of Analysts to align priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience; cost analysis or finance background is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics spending using data mining tools to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Present insights to Executive leadership, influencing supply chain strategy and key business decisions.
• Oversee contract implementation and system updates, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects, driving prioritization and accountability.
• Lead and develop Analysts through mentoring, coaching and guiding team priorities.
